Sonia Morton LMP

Sonia is the cornerstone of Ascension Wellness Center. Her skills as a therapist & happy vibe are well known in the area. She is what I call a "Modern day Shaman". She doesn't just massage you, she sets an intention to heal you and uses her energy to find the root problem. No words can summarize Sonia's treatments, you will just have to feel it.

Sonia Morton graduated from Seattle Massage College in 2001 as Valedictorian and has been in private practice for six years. She received her Psychology Degree from Western Washington U. in 1996.

She specializes in deep tissue bodywork combined with Shiatsu pressure points to release chronic pain and holding patterns. Her goal is to positively affect your body so you leave the session transformed, while providing a space that is comfortable, restful and healing.

Her experience of bodywork allows her to supplement treatments with practical advice on posture, exercise and other self-help techniques to maximize the benefit of the massage. In addition to providing relaxation and deep tissue massage, Sonia also specializes in auto injuries and is an L&I and Health Insurance provider who works with referrals from chiropractors and physicians.
